Bake in French! waiver form

To participate in a cooking session you must complete a registration form as well as a waiver and release form. I cannot allow anyone to participate in a cooking class until we have a completed Registration, Waiver & Release Form.

Each attendee’s health and safety is my priority. Please do make sure you inform me of anything that might need attention (ex: food allergies).

You won’t be able to register to this class without such waiver.

Once you have completed one, please send it to flairforfrench@gmail.com for final confirmation of booking and payment for the session you wish to attend.

You won’t need to fill another waiver out for future cooking events unless there has been changes in your details.
