French Higher Beginners : feeling more at ease with the language

On Thursday mornings, 9am to 10.30am

In this class, we are expanding our knowledge of the French language. We are starting to be able to use more complexe sentences, tenses, and we are gaining in confidence!

In my Higher Beginners class, you will expand your vocabulary and extend the scope of skills to interact in everyday situations with “francophones” (french speakers) and answer broader needs. You’ll practise the use of a range of tenses, including the past and the imperative.

Each week, you will be able to practise your French skills with other like minded people in a relaxed atmosphere with me, and you will soon feel more and more confident interacting with locals on your next holiday to France !

This particular course is delivered in block of classes throughout the years.

The September / October term will last 6 weeks and costs £90. It will resume on the Thursday 11th September and will end on the Thursday 23rd October 2025 .

Note that due to the Study Holiday of this year there will be NO CLASSES on the Thursday 25th September 2025.

In the unlikely event that the course does not go ahead due to low numbers, you will be given the chance to switch to a different course or be refunded the cost of the lessons in full.
